Endeavor is an open platform transponder/muxponder, in which both hardware and software are disaggregated, allowing operators to build complete solutions with TIP OOPT compliant interoperability. Furthermore, by supporting both open-source and commercial software, Endeavor transponder/muxponder ’s Linux-based platform facilitates the use of open source software such as ONIE and non-proprietary commercial NOS.
