MUST IP SDN Controller Northbound Interface (NBI)

The purpose of these documents is to describe the technical requirements, defined by the TIP MUST subgroup, for the North Bound Interface (NBI) to be exposed by IP Domain Controllers, which includes an IP Domain Path Computation Element.
