Birds of a Feather Session (Day 2—November 12, 2024—2 pm) will explore ongoing industry Application-Level QoE collaborations ahead of the main stage Application Level QoE panel on Day 3
TIP invites Fyuz™ participants to a Birds of a Feather Session at 2 p.m. on Day 2, focusing on Application-level Quality of Experience (QoE).
Application-level Quality of Experience (QoE) is critical in today’s rapidly evolving telecom landscape. Consumers demand seamless, high-quality experiences across various apps and services, so the industry is increasingly focused on enhancing QoE at the application level.
This effort requires a coordinated approach between content application providers, connectivity service providers, and infrastructure suppliers. Current industry initiatives like edge computing, 5G deployment, L4S, and AI-driven network optimization drive this collaboration. However, the complexity of delivering consistent QoE across diverse networks, devices, and user environments means no single entity can achieve this alone. It takes a unified effort to ensure that end-users receive the best possible experience, regardless of where or what device they use.
This Birds of a Feather session will bring together experts from across the telecom sector to explore possibilities, understand collaborations already underway, and determine areas where more collaboration may be necessary.
