How Project Groups Operate

Each Project Group is led by Chairs and Subgroup Leads who guide priorities, coordinate activities, and drive progress across the community.

They:

  • Lead meetings and working sessions

  • Facilitate discussions and decision-making

  • Coordinate with TIP teams (legal, marketing, operations)

  • Support the development and progression of deliverables

Project Group Procedures

For a full understanding of how Project Groups function, including contributions and deliverables, review the Project Group Procedures.

This is your reference for:

  • How work is proposed and developed

  • How deliverables are reviewed and approved

  • How members can actively contribute

Project Group Charters

Each Project Group operates under a defined charter that sets the direction, scope, and structure of its work. The charter outlines the group’s objectives, priority areas, and expected outputs, along with how members collaborate to deliver them. It serves as a shared reference point for decision-making, helping ensure alignment across contributors while keeping work focused and actionable.

For new members, the charter is the best place to understand what the group is working on, where you can contribute, and how progress is measured.
